Test Request:

• All tests requested are to be accompanied by the Chain of Custody/Test Request form available to download here. Download Form
• Our turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days, with expedited services available upon request and availabilit
• Expedited delivery times are available; please indicate on the test request form. Additional charges may apply. 

Reports and Deliverables:

• Upon completion, Test reports are sent out via email as requested

Pricing:

• We provide competitive pricing; please contact us with your test request and a quote wil be emailed as requested

Payment Terms:

• Payment terms are Due upon receipt until standard NET 30 days payment terms have been established

Confidentiality:

• We respect and value the privacy of our clientele and maintain a high level of confidentiality. We execute NDAs whenever requested.
